No, you don’t need to have your own travel insurance because we provide one for each of our travelers, the cost is included in the price of your program.

The cancellation policy, regarding participant cancellations* is the following:

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are based on the date of cancellation relative to the activity start date:

• More than 63 days before: 100% refund excluding a service fee of $300 USD.
• 63–35 days before: 40% refund
• 34–13 days before: 10% refund
• 12 days or less: No refund

* In the event that a cancellation request is made due to any force majeure reason

less than 34 days before the trip and you have a document certifying the case by

the corresponding entity, our customer service team will evaluate whether or not

it is possible to make an exception.

Most of our trips are suitable for kids from 10 years old, but older ages may be required for certain trips. Feel free to ask if you want to bring younger adventurers along!
